  Rising Together in the Face of Climate Change Climate change is happening now, and science confirms it’s largely driven by human activities — from burning fossil fuels to land use changes. The impacts are real: stronger typhoons, rising temperatures, and increasing threats to our communities and environment. While some adaptation is happening, we must act more proactively to ensure a sustainable future. After every storm, we see the strength of the Filipino spirit — bayanihan in action. Neighbors help neighbors, families rebuild together, and hope shines through even in the darkest times. This same compassion and unity will help us face climate change. Together, with resilience and shared responsibility, we can rise above the challenges — not just to survive, but to thrive as one nation.

 Celebrating Intramurals as an eSports Facilitator Intramurals have always been about showcasing talent, teamwork, and school spirit — and this year, the virtual battlefield was just as alive as the physical courts. As an eSports facilitator, I had the incredible opportunity to witness the rise of competitive gaming in the heart of our campus intramurals. From setting up matches and managing brackets to making sure every player had a fair and fun experience, it was both challenging and rewarding. The energy was electric — keyboards clicked with intensity, strategies were whispered like war plans, and the cheers were just as loud as any basketball game. More than just games, it was a celebration of a growing community. I saw students connect, compete, and collaborate — sometimes for the first time — through shared passion and digital sportsmanship.
